"Buying a flat to live in full-time was a breeze with Nacho. He did his very best to answer all my questions, was always punctual and professional. It's a small office but gives excellent personal service. Cannot recommend highly enough."

"Don't waste your time with them, lack of communication, logic and very unprofessional how they operate and treat people. They are always closed and they reply to your messages irregularly, leaving you with no idea what to do next. I have dealt with Ricardo, but not Nacho, so I wouldn't know. He seems to enjoy the position of power he is in when people are dependent on him, very unfriendly in communication and extremely slow. Apparently he doesn't seem to care very much."

"Not recommended. If you read this review be warned. Very difficult interaction from the start. Questions are rarely answered, which shows little respect for the customer and you are slowly being strung along. No guidance in the process and the brokers are almost impossible to reach. Office is not open at the indicated times. They just do what they want and the lack of professionalism is very noticeable."
